Stage1 – Planning – This includes sending and reviewing a questionnaire followed by conducting a project launch. This activity finalizes the scope and lay the clear understanding of business expectations and guidelines with the migration
Stage2 – Design – This step includes conducting various workshops for showcase a complete configuration design to the business team and take sign off on the final design of the implementation.
Stage3 – Configure – This is action stage where the design meets the execution, UI and rules are configured in the system along with all the business rules identified and signed off earlier. Once all these are implemented along with Data feeds and Export, its ready for the testing.
Stage4 – Validate – Project is given for UAT and validation of all the rules and configurations. Any changes given here takes the process back to Stage3 and then again to Stage4, process keeps rolling till its signed off by business.
