SAP has introduced the CQC SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Transition service to support customers transitioning from Onboarding 1.0 to the latest version. This service includes reviewing current settings, analyzing transition efforts, providing a detailed service report, and optimizing a smooth transition.

SAP SuccessFactors now allows customers to control when Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Recruiting Posting (RPOS) modules are provisioned, rather than provisioning them automatically. This gives customers flexibility in timing and setup for consultant configuration.

o Highlights benefits of permission-based user sync and SCIM connector requirements.
o Strongly recommends migrating to permission-based sync for IPS and SAC integration.
We are excited to announce as of the First Half 2024 release, customers currently using the legacy company org chart will have availability to the latest org chart with an option to opt-out, and as of Second Half 2024 Release, the latest org chart will be Universal. It is also important to note that the legacy Org Chart will be deprecated by the First Half 2025 release.
With First Half 2024 we are unveiling two new People Profile experiences, consisting of the Profile Preview and the Spotlight view, which will be available as opt-out in the First Half 2024 release and will be universal First Half 2025. This new experience will be shipped together with the existing Profile experience for the Full Profile.
The SAP SuccessFactors HCM SSO certificate expires on June 2, 2025. Customers not using SAP Identity Authentication and directly integrating with a corporate IDP will face system downtime. Migrate to SAP Identity Authentication as a proxy by this date, as direct corporate IDP integration ends in November 2026.
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 will reach End of Maintenance in 2H 2025 and be deprecated in 1H 2026. Plan your migration to the enhanced Onboarding solution for better integration and support. (Details in the Customer Community blog.)

As of the First Half 2024 release, we have begun the announcing the retirement of the Classic Experience for Stories and the eventual move to Optimized View Mode (OVM)
for reports. Finalized dates are yet to be announced, but you can review the tentative plan
in our SAP Analytics Cloud Classic Stories blog. Updating Classic Experience Stories to use Optimized View Mode is a simple process and is outlined in our Optimized Story Experience blog.
We have formally announced the retirement of Tiles & Dashboards in the Second Half 2025 release. We do not have a timeline for Table and Canvas reporting. Please review the official blog for FAQs and other supporting details.
